³¼NORWEGIAN¼³
³¼SCENEREPORT¼³
¹
This is a small scenereport written by
Hawkeye/Kefrens and Vector/Majic 12.
Notice that this is only our opinion
and it should not reflect the opinion
of Top Secret, Majic 12 or Kefrens.
The scenereport is based upon the old
groupconfiguration so perhaps someone
have left or been kicked out of the
group.
Please note: The judgement of Majic 12
is done by Hawkeye/Kefrens ONLY!
³ Andromeda
¹This is one of the older groups in
Norway. They didn't release that much
in the beginning, but in the past month
they have released some quite stunning
demos. Some of the best were released
at the Gathering '92, held by Crusaders
& Deadline. They competed with 2 demos,
Multica and D.O.S. D.O.S got the 2nd
place and Multica got the 3rd place in
the democompetition. Some of the most
known members in Andromeda is Andy,
Quest, Mr. Man. Recently joined some
members from a almost dead Motion.
They were Duel and Blazer, which were
quite known in the group Motion. Duel
and Blazer released their first demo
under the group Andromeda at the
Hurricane party, on Samsoe in Denmark
this summer.
³ Crusaders
¹We guess this group does not need any
presentation. This is probably one of
the oldest amiga groups in Norway,
still active. Well they haven't
released anything after their last
issue of the very famous Eurochart. But
this easter they arranged a party
called the Gathering '92, and that was
a great party. Well organized, good
facilities, nice organizers, very good
sound equipment but very bad screen to
show the demos on. Some of their most
known members are El Cubo,
Dr.Outtasight, Lazerbrain, Fleshbrain,
Intec and Bustman. Bjoern A. Lynne,
better known as Dr.Awesome left the
group sometime ago but he was in the
group for a long time so you can say he
is one of the most known members of
Crusaders. Some of their great
productions are: Audio-X, Bass-O-Matic,
Freekd Out, Space Deleria, and the most
known production ever, the fab
Eurochart which they managed to
release 14 issues of before they got
fed up with it. Thank god someone
started making it again. They also have
2 boards running, Home Sweet Home, a
real oldtimer and the second called
Purple Haze.
³ Cryptoburners
¹This group has had a really kickin
period in the year 1990-91. Then they
released their 3D demo, a party demo
with a wonderful tune by Walkman, 2
megademos and their diskmagazine called
4th Dimension. Due to that Tec and
Heatseeker, their 2 best coders has
been doing their army duty they haven't
released a single production. Just
before the Gathering '92 they had a
internal meeting where they where
supposed to sort things out and decide
what to do in the future. Most known
members is: Tec, Walkman, Heatseeker,
and Jackmix.
³ Deadline
¹This is a quite unknown group outside
Norway. As far as we know they haven't
released any intros, demos and
megademos etc. But they have started
their publishment of the
not-scenerelated diskmagazine called
Resident. They have also made the
Multiripper. Known members: Jelly Fish
and Gunders.
³ Dual Crew
¹The Norwegian division has not been
able to release anything since it only
consist of 1 member. The member is
Yoghurt. He is a former Network member.
³ Majic 12
¹When the norwegian division of Majic 12
were formed, there were no coders.
First in the past months some coders
have joined. A few packs and a
dosloader-musicdisk has been released
but nothing else. Vector and Dr. Bully
must be the most known members. Dr.
Bully have made the music to nearly all
bigger productions from Majic 12, like
Ray of Hope 1 & 2, Top Secret which now
have reached no. 12 and the
Zoomit-intros...
³ Offence
¹This is a quite new group in Norway.
They consist of old members from
Scoopex and PMC, just to mention some
of them. They have not released
anything, except for some intros. Known
members are: Perplex, Vimme, Moxy and
Jawbreaker.
³ Pure Metal Coders
¹This group need no further
presentation. They are quite known for
their Alpha & Omega demo, their newborn
diskmagazine R.A.W and their very nice
hats. The diskmagazine has a quite
stunning design and it's has become
very known in a very short time. 3
issues have PMC managed to make, and
more will come in the future. Most
known members are: Lord Helmet, X-Ray,
Peter and Leatherface.
³ Razor 1911
¹This group was declared dead a few
weeks ago, but we will still write a
bit about them. Their norwegian
division produced some great demos in
the past, but we are afraid that we
can't remember the names of some of
their demos. They released ones a demo
where Dr.No said that he had found a
new command in Seka, called the Move.F
command, but such command didn't
excist. This was not the first joke
they pulled, Is there anyone who
remember their Kickreset? Some of their
most known members are Sector 9, Bug,
Assasin, Nosferatu and Red Baron.
³ Silents
¹The norwegian part of this famous group
has not released very much, in fact
only one production, and that is the
Dizzy Tunes, a cooperation musicdisk
with Noiseless. Some of their most
known members are: TMB Designs and
Jason.
³ Spaceballs
¹This is one of the newest groups in
Norway. They have released 2 very good
demos. One at the Amega party in Norway
the summer 91 and the 2nd one at the
Gathering '92 and that demo won the
democompetition. The demoname was
Wayfarer. Some of their most known
members are: Lone Starr, Scott,
President Screw, Vinnie, Yoghurt and
Sator.
³ Static Bytes
¹The Norwegian division has not been
able to release anything because it
only consist of graphicians. The most
known (and only) members are: Marvel
and Sauron. Sauron joined recently at
the Hurricane party in Denmark. Sauron
got a 1st place in graphics compo at
the Gathering '92 party and a 3rd place
at the Hurricane party.
